Brad+Crystal. Married

Please visit Aubrey Joy Photography to see pictures from a recent wedding we did the flowers for at the beautiful Evergreen Gardens. I just love that venue...rain or shine...it is always beautiful. Crystal chose classic red and white as her colors, and we incorporated roses, mini-callas, gerber daisies, and dahlias to create fun, yet classic look. Small buckets and kissing balls hung down the aisle on our black hooks.

Allison & Greg - True Sweethearts!

Allison & Greg got married at the Zuanich Boathouse on beautiful Squalicum Harbor in Bellingham. They had a picture perfect day! Allison wanted bright bold colors for her bouquet - she chose beautiful Milano roses, yellow dahlias, purple freesia and gerber daisies! For her centerpieces we used lemons to fill the vases with a burst of color on the top...simple and fun! Centerpiece Ideas

Recently, we had the opportunity to do a centerpiece mock-up for a bride. It is always fun to do a mock-up because it allows us to try new and different ideas. We won't reveal the bride's choice, but thought that these ideas were fun too! Check back in September to see what the bride chose!

Fun with Dahlias

I love all flowers...but dahlias are at the top of my "favorite" list. They are available in a variety of colors, textures, sizes, and are just fun to work with. If you are planning a summer or fall wedding in 2011 - dahlias are a great choice!

Beck & Jennifer -It is all in the details!

For Beck & Jenny it was all about the details! Alice JOY Wedding & Events had the opportunity to help design and coordinate this beautiful wedding. Jenny chose soft shades of pink and green, and carried that theme through to the flowers, the candy, the favors, and the table decorations. Beau Lodge proved to be the perfect setting for the intimate ceremony and fabulous party that followed. Alice JOY ensured that the set-up went smoothly, that the tables were just as Jenny had requested, and that every detail was perfectly executed! Congratulations Beck & Jenny - you were awesome to work with!

Something Borrowed, Something Blue...

Ruth knew exactly what she wanted when we met - elegant white callas and white oriental lilies with just a hint of blue! Alice JOY had the opportunity to be part of Crystal & Bruce's wedding day! This couple was blessed with a gorgeous day - perfect for their outdoor wedding at the Mt. Baker Rotary Building - complete with a BBQ! Crystal wanted the flowers to be simple and elegant - nothing fits those requirements better than beautiful white calla lilies! Semiahmoo

We had the opportunity to put together an intimate seating area for a wedding at Semiahmoo! The goal was to create a soft, comfortable seating area so that guests could have a place to sip wine, enjoy a quiet conversation, and just relax. The white provide the perfect canvas for the apple green pillows we had custom made. Both the couches and coffee tables are available to rent - please feel free to contact us for more information.
